Welcome to Fallenly. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Fovty Solutions ("Fallenly", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Fallenly application and related services (the "App").
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Fallenly. The App is strictly for adults.
- By using the App, you confirm that you are 18 or older, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- You may not use the App if you have previously been banned or if your use would violate any applicable law.

2. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
- One person may maintain only one account. Creating multiple or fake accounts is prohibited.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use and Conduct
You agree that you will not:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, or intimidate any other user
- Post or share content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, violent, or sexually exploitative
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation
- Solicit money, promote scams, spam, or engage in commercial solicitation
- Share another person's private information without consent
- Post any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers a minor (see our Child Safety Standards)
- Use the App for prostitution, trafficking, or any illegal activity
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the App or its systems
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the App
Violating these rules may result in immediate removal of content and permanent termination of your account, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement.

4. User Content
- You are solely responsible for the photos, videos, messages, and other content you post ("User Content").
- You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Fallenly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and use it as necessary to operate the App.
- You must have the right to share any content you post.
- We may remove any content that violates these Terms or that we consider harmful, at our discretion.

5. Reporting and Blocking
- You can block other users and report profiles, messages, or content that violate these Terms.
- We review reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content or banning accounts.

6. Coins and Purchases
- Fallenly is free to download. Certain features can be unlocked using coins, which are available as in-app purchases through Google Play.
- Coins are a virtual, licensed item for use within the App only. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable.
- All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policy.
- We may change coin pricing, packages, or the features they unlock at any time.
- Coins and unlocked features are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Safety Disclaimer
- Fallenly provides a platform to meet people, but we do not conduct criminal background checks on users and we do not guarantee the identity, conduct, or intentions of any user.
- You are responsible for your own interactions. Use caution when communicating with or meeting other users. Meet in public places and tell someone you trust.
- We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline.

8. Termination
- You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App or by contacting us.
- We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or for any conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, the App, or us.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fovty Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including interactions with other users.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
